ABS-CBN POSTPONES SCHEDULED ASM

ABS-CBN Corp today disclosed the postponement of its annual stockholders' meeting set June due to what it said are exceptional circumstances.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Enrique Quiason, the corporate secretary, that the board of directors of the broadcast giant agreed to postpone the meeting to a later date .

The board also gave the blanket authority for the company president Carlo Katigbak to set the meeting and announce the same. #ABSCBNshutdown #ABSCBNFranchise
