The century-old Philippine conglomerate took home 22 accolades in total, including six coveted Gold Stevie Awards across key categories such as finance, sustainability, human resources, and public service.
Anchored in the Group’s core philosophy of shared value, Ayala’s Gold-winning initiatives underscore how big business can meaningfully respond to everyday Filipino needs—whether through more inclusive banking, improved access to capital, support for vulnerable sectors, or groundbreaking green infrastructure.
“Every encounter with our customers is an opportunity to make a positive impact,” said Ayala Corporation President and CEO Cezar P. Consing. “These awards inspire us to carry on with our mission of helping Filipinos thrive.”
Among the standout programs was Ayala Land and Makati Development Corporation’s KaAgaPay Vendor Financing Program, which clinched Gold for Achievement in Finance.
KaAgaPay provides small and medium enterprises with zero-collateral, low-risk financing through a fully automated platform—enabling more entrepreneurs to scale their businesses with ease.
The Ayala Foundation’s THRIVE publication earned the Gold for Innovation in Non-Profit Publications. In collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, the project chronicles the real-life stories of 4Ps beneficiaries, showcasing how government aid can serve as a launchpad for upward mobility.
Meanwhile, BPI’s “May BPI Dito!” campaign won Excellence in Innovation in Financial Industries.
This nationwide initiative uses a multi-channel approach—community-based stores, barangay activations, and digital platforms—to bring banking services closer to underserved areas.
The campaign resulted in over 200,000 new account sign-ups, fueled by enticing offers like free insurance and eGift vouchers.
Public service also took center stage with Ayala Corporation’s “Saludo sa Serbisyo” clinching Gold in Innovation in Community Relations. Designed to improve the lives of uniformed personnel, the program offers housing assistance, vehicle ownership plans, financial education, employment pathways, and access to healthcare.

Its recent caravan in Cebu reached 400 officers and their families, reinforcing Ayala’s respect and gratitude for the nation’s defenders.
In sustainability, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) Philippines was lauded for its transition to 100% renewable energy across all operational data centers. The company’s integrated use of solar, electric vehicles, and eco-friendly building designs exemplifies Ayala’s commitment to green growth and industry leadership.
Finally, Maria Virginia Eala, Chief Human Resources Officer of BPI, was named Innovative HR Executive of the Year.
Eala’s transformative leadership—shaped by over two decades of HR excellence—has been instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and wellness, strengthening the connection between a happy workforce and customer satisfaction.

As the global business community turns its eyes to the Philippines, the Ayala Group reminds us that meaningful innovation is not just about technology or scale—it’s about people.
And for that, they’re taking home more than just trophies—they’re setting the gold standard.
