According to market reports, Bitcoin has dropped below its 200-day moving average, a widely watched technical indicator that is often used to assess long-term trend direction.


Analysts typically view sustained moves below this level as a sign of weakening momentum.



The cryptocurrency is now trading at its lowest level in several months, down more than 14% over the past week and approximately 21% over the past month, reflecting increased volatility across digital assets.


Bitcoin had previously reached an all-time high near $125,000 in October 2025, during a strong bull cycle before entering a corrective phase.
