Despite recent weakness in technology stocks, the U.S. bull market remains one of the strongest on record, according to analysts cited by Yahoo Finance.

With trading volumes lighter during the summer vacation season and concerns over potential Federal Reserve interest rate hikes weighing on sentiment, technology shares have come under pressure, particularly the Nasdaq Composite.
However, strategists at Goldman Sachs noted that the S&P 500 has risen 95% since the end of 2022, placing the current bull market among the strongest 10% at this stage of a market cycle based on historical data dating back to 1928.
For comparison, the top 25% of historical bull markets gained about 50% over the same period, while the median bull market advanced 35% after roughly three and a half years.
Since its April 2025 low, the S&P 500 has climbed 51%. "Market momentum is incredibly strong," strategists at The Kobeissi Letter said.
