Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has fully sold out its 362-unit Velmiro Heights Davao project in just two days, generating PHP2.7 billion in sales.

This marks CLI’s second horizontal project in Davao City and the seventh residential development under the Velmiro brand.
Located in Barangay Magtuod, Velmiro Heights Davao features Zen-inspired houses on lot sizes ranging from 100 to 258 square meters, with prices from PHP5.2M to PHP11.15M. The project offers amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pools, a basketball court, a fitness gym, and more.
CLI Chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III stated, “The record-breaking sales performance of Velmiro Heights Davao shows the strong market acceptance of CLI’s projects in Davao.”
