Century Properties Group Unveils Projects For First Half Of 2024

Century Properties Group (CPG) has announced the launch of projects in the first half of 2024 under its Premium, In City Line.

In its disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the company revealed that the first project to be launched this quarter is "The Hotel Residences at Acqua" in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Building on the success of Acqua Private Residences, this project offers move-in ready, hotel-fitted, and fully furnished suites.

For its second project, CPG, drawing inspiration from its Azure brand, will launch its first mid-rise 12-storey residential development at Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga, with the first tower offering 375 units.

The development will feature sprawling multi-feature water-park amenities, adding a unique and appealing dimension to resort living.

CPG highlighted that Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong City stands out as the Philippines’ first residential Eden, merging urban living with lush tropical rainforest-inspired design.

At the heart of Acqua is "The Pebble," a waterfront clubhouse on the 4th floor that houses a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, lap pool, whirlpool bath, Lagoon & Kiddie Pool, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, locker and shower rooms, and "The Eden," Acqua's rainforest-inspired garden spanning the width of the entire development.

Meanwhile, CPG’s Azure Urban Resort Residences in Bicutan, Parañaque City, is said to redefine beachfront living with its large-scale man-made beach concept.

This tropical-inspired community boasts both outdoor and indoor beach-inspired amenities, including the famous Azure Beach, Azure Wave Pool, lagoon pool, infinity lap pool, beach bar, children’s beach playground, beach volleyball area, basketball court, and The Azure Beach Club.

Azure North, situated in Pampanga, is a resort-inspired residential development with a standout feature of an urban man-made beach, white sand beach lagoon, waves, and lap pools, along with an exclusive Azure Beach Clubhouse.
