Broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has partnered with Salesforce, a global customer relationship management platform, to launch generative AI contact centers in the country by the second half of next year.

Converge's Chief Operations Officer, Jesus Romero, stated, "We have the best-in-class network, [and] now we are leveraging the most modern technology to give the best customer experience to our more than two million subscribers."
He emphasized that Converge aims to integrate AI into both network operations and customer-facing operations to enhance customer experience.
