Filinvest Grafik Hotel Collection To Boost Baguio City’s Tourism And Economy

Filinvest Hospitality Corporation (FHC), a division of Filinvest Development Corp., has launched the Grafik Hotel Collection in Camp John Hay, Baguio City.

This new development aims to enhance Baguio City's tourism and economy, offering upscale accommodations and facilities. The PHP 2.7 billion investment includes 256 upscale rooms, five dining outlets, a grand ballroom, meeting spaces, and a spa, with an opening slated for the first quarter of 2025.



FHC's First Senior Vice President, Francis Gotianun, emphasized the project's role in fostering local pride and economic growth, alongside creating numerous employment opportunities.


BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang noted that the new hotel would bolster Camp John Hay’s reputation as a premier tourist destination and business hub. The project has already generated approximately 3,000 construction jobs and will employ around 250-300 staff upon opening.



JHMC President and CEO Atty. Marlo Ignacio V. Quadra highlighted the hotel's potential to boost revenue for the John Hay Special Economic Zone, promoting job creation and balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability.
