Filinvest REIT And Genpact Ink Sixth Expansion In Northgate Cyberzone

Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) has announced that it signed an agreement with Genpact Services LLC – Philippine Branch, a global professional services and solutions firm specializing in digital operations, technology, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), for Genpact’s expansion into the iHub 1 Building in Northgate Cyberzone.

FILRT disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) that this marks the sixth expansion for Genpact, highlighting their long-standing relationship and FILRT's provision of premier office spaces tailored to meet tenant needs.

The iHub 1, located within Northgate Cyberzone in Filinvest City, Alabang, is among the prized assets within FILRT's portfolio of 17 Grade A, sustainable office buildings.

Maricel Brion-Lirio, President and CEO of FILRT, praised Genpact’s sixth expansion, emphasizing, "It reinforces our belief that sustainability is a collective journey, and as enablers, we support our tenants to realize their own sustainability aspirations."

She shared that both Plaza A and Vector Two, where Genpact currently operates, are EDGE-certified buildings, and all the buildings housing Genpact are supplied with 100% renewable energy (RE).
