Japan Tobacco International (JTI) said its factory in Kremenchuk in central Ukraine was struck twice in September.
The company said the facility was not operating at the time and that no employees were injured. JTI had suspended operations before the attacks. JTI also reported that a warehouse in the Kyiv region was attacked in August.
The company has said its Kremenchuk facility manufactures tobacco products and rejected Russian claims that it was involved in weapons production.
A Kyiv office building housing GlobalLogic, a US information-technology company owned by Japan's Hitachi, was damaged in a drone attack on Sept. 25, according to reports cited by Kyodo News.
A McDonald's warehouse near Kyiv was also struck by a drone on the same day, according to the report.
It remains unclear whether the facilities were deliberately targeted.
The attacks highlight the continuing risks faced by foreign businesses operating in Ukraine as Russian forces use drones and missiles against targets across the country.
