HPE CEO Optimistic About $14-B Juniper Networks Acquisition

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) CEO Antonio Neri expressed confidence that the company’s $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks will close in early 2025, Brian Sozzi reported for Yahoo Finance.

“I have no pause about the deal getting done,” Neri stated, highlighting the benefits for customers and national security. Announced in January, the acquisition is poised to double HPE’s networking business and marks its largest deal since acquiring Aruba Networks in 2015 for $3 billion.



The transaction faces scrutiny from the Justice Department, which has tightened antitrust oversight under Biden.


HPE executives have reportedly met with regulators to address potential concerns. Despite the regulatory hurdles, Neri remains optimistic about securing approval within the anticipated timeline.
