Drone attacks struck Kuwait’s Mina Al-Ahmadi oil refinery, sparking several fires but causing no casualties, state media reported, citing the national oil company, Gavin Blackburn reported for Euronews.

“The Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery was subjected early today to several hostile drone attacks, causing fires in some of its units,” the official Kuwait News Agency said, adding that several refinery units were shut down.
The Kuwaiti army later confirmed that the fires had been brought under control with no reported casualties.
“Two drones targeted one of the units at a refinery of Kuwait Petroleum Corp., resulting in a fire that was brought under control by specialized teams, without any injuries,” the army said in a statement posted on X.
