MANULIFE FINANCIAL ISSUING $500 MILLION DEBT NOTES

Listed Manulife Financial Corporation today disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange  that it is issuing $500 million in debt notes priced at 2.484 %a due 2027.

Manulife, which is also listed on the NYSE, said the proceeds from the senior debt notes will be used for future refinancing requirements, aside from general corporate purposes.


BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
