Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) is scheduled to report second-quarter 2025 results.

In the last reported quarter, the company delivered an earnings surprise of 5.6%. It achieved an average trailing four-quarter earnings surprise of 7.2%, Zacks Equity Research reported late.
The Chicago-based company is expected to have recorded higher year-over-year revenues in both its Products and Systems Integration and Services and Software segments.
It continues to benefit from growing demand for its mission-critical technologies in North America and globally.
Motorola announced that Collin College Law Enforcement Academy will deploy its V700 body cameras in its training program. The V700 devices stream live video feeds and report real-time GPS locations over a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network to the CommandCentral Aware platform.
In the quarter, Motorola launched the APX N70 XE smart radio, designed to facilitate mission-critical communications for firefighters and emergency medical services.
It also introduced the SVX—a first-of-its-kind video remote speaker microphone that integrates secure voice, video, and AI with its flagship APX NEXT radio—and Assist, an interactive public safety AI to accelerate informed decision-making.
Security enterprises, police forces, and fire departments are placing increasing emphasis on strengthening their security ecosystems. This demand for advanced communication devices is likely to translate into higher revenues for Motorola in the quarter.
