US President Joe Biden pledged that Washington will not withdraw support to Ukraine in a national address from the White House and instead said he was going to send Congress an "urgent" funding request for aid to Ukraine and Israel the following day, Ukraine Daily reported.

Kazakhstan bans export of 106 potential dual-use products to Russia, an official disclosed to Kyiv Independent.
