The modern three-story building was funded with a PHP50 million grant from PAGCOR, alongside complementary funding from the city government, bringing the total project cost to PHP110 million.
This is the only socio-civic facility with an elevator, making it accessible to elderly and physically challenged visitors.
The facility, located in Sitio Buwisan, Barangay Langkaan II, boasts common toilets on all floors, a multi-purpose area, dining halls, a kitchen, first aid room, storage, and breastfeeding rooms.
It can also accommodate up to 150 modular tents for use as an evacuation center.

PAGCOR VP for Corporate Social Responsibility Ramon Stephen Villaflor and Dasmariñas City Mayor Jennifer Barzaga led the unveiling.
Villaflor praised the partnership between PAGCOR and the city, while Mayor Barzaga expressed her gratitude for PAGCOR’s support, noting that the facility will serve as a hub for community activities and engagement.

To date, PAGCOR has completed and inaugurated 41 socio-civic centers nationwide, with 32 more structures nearing completion.
