The public can now conveniently access services such as permits and environmental clearances at a central location offering multiple transportation options.

“We are delighted to welcome DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON to our growing family of tenants,” said Jason Salvador, Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Director of PITX.

“Their presence at PITX underscores our commitment to transforming the terminal into a hub that facilitates both travel and essential public services.”

The relocation offers significant benefits to employees, thanks to PITX's strategic connectivity to Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.

With easy access to buses, jeepneys, shuttles, and the forthcoming LRT1 extension directly connecting to PITX, commuting becomes more efficient, reducing travel time and enhancing overall convenience.

"We are thrilled that our location can support DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON’s goals of enhanced service delivery and a better work environment,” added Salvador.

“This is another example of how PITX is evolving beyond a transportation terminal into a community hub that serves the diverse needs of our city and region.”

By hosting DENR MIMAROPA and DENR EMB CALABARZON, PITX continues to expand its role as a vital center for public services, transportation, and community activities, supporting these agencies in their mission to serve the public effectively and efficiently.
