Torrential rains from Typhoon Enteng have led to "lagpas-tao" flooding in Barangay San Luis, Antipolo, according to a Facebook post by Robert Rubio Casal, who shared photos of the floods that have reached the second floor of their house.
Frantic cries for help from Casal were aired early in the morning as the rains brought by Typhoon Enteng (international code name Yagi) reached the second floor of the house. Casal made the posts and sought help from authorities as the rains raged on.
