At its 2026 investor day, the company said it expects revenue to grow at mid- to high-teen percentage rates annually from fiscal 2028 through fiscal 2030, according to Barron's Daily.
SanDisk also expects adjusted gross margins of about 80% and adjusted free-cash-flow margins of approximately 50% during that period.
CFO Luis Visoso said the company plans to return excess cash to shareholders after investing in the business.
SanDisk is betting on sustained growth in memory demand driven in part by artificial intelligence and data-center expansion.
The company's recent results already show strong momentum: fiscal third-quarter revenue reached $5.95 billion, up 251% year over year, while data-center revenue increased 645% to $1.47 billion.
