Major shipping companies are moving quickly to claim refunds on tariffs after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling invalidated certain duties, according to Yahoo Finance.

DHL, FedEx, and UPS confirmed plans to seek refunds for tariffs paid over the past year. “We are beginning to file claims,” FedEx said in a statement.
All three companies said they intend to pass the refunded amounts back to customers. DHL stated it is committed to helping customers recover tariffs paid under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), while UPS said it is filing claims on behalf of its clients.
The US Customs and Border Protection has opened an online portal for businesses to apply for refunds.
President Donald Trump, however, has reportedly discouraged companies from seeking refunds, suggesting he would “remember” those that decline to do so.
