SM Investments Declares First-Ever Special Dividend; Total Payout Rises 44%

SM Investments Corporation (SM Investments), the parent firm of the SM Group, announced a 44% increase in total dividends for 2025 to PHP13 per share, comprising PHP11 in regular dividends and PHP2 in special dividends.

This marks the first time the company has declared a special dividend.


The dividend hike reflects SM Investments continued focus on delivering value to shareholders. The increase was approved by the Board of Directors during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting.



Shareholders on record as of May 16, 2025, will receive the dividend payment on May 29, 2025.
