Taylor Swift's latest album, "The Tortured Poets Department," has shattered streaming records across major platforms following its recent release, according to Liam Reilly's report for CNN.

Within just 12 hours of its debut on Spotify, Swift's 11th studio album amassed a staggering 300 million streams, making it the most-streamed album in a single day on the platform.



Amazon Music and Apple Music also reported record-breaking streaming numbers for the album, with Swift achieving the title of the biggest pop album of all time by first-day streams, according to Apple Music.


Amazon Music noted that the album became its most-streamed globally in the first week. Additionally, the opening track of the album, "Fortnight (feat. Post Malone)," secured the title of the most-streamed song in a single day on Spotify.
