US tariff revenue fell to $22.15 billion in March, marking a fifth consecutive monthly decline, according to US Treasury Department data reported by Ben Werschkul for Yahoo Finance.

The figure is down nearly 30% from October’s peak of $31.35 billion, reflecting policy reversals and court rulings, including decisions by the US Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the federal budget deficit reached $1.169 trillion for the first half of the fiscal year, far exceeding tariff revenues.
