The United Arab Emirates has rejected Iranian accusations that it played an active role in the regional conflict alongside the United States and Israel, according to reports from CBS News and Reuters.

Minister of State Khalifa bin Shaheen Al Marar said the UAE rejected what he described as Iranian attempts to justify attacks targeting the Emirates and other countries.
Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused the UAE of supporting U.S. and Israeli military operations by providing “airspace, territory, facilities and services.”
Araghchi said regional security should depend on cooperation among neighboring countries rather than outside powers.
In a related development, Pakistan repatriated 11 Pakistani nationals and 20 Iranians from vessels reportedly seized by the U.S. Navy on the high seas.
