Security and compliance software company Vanta has announced that it raised $150 million in new funding, boosting its valuation to $4.15 billion, Forbes Daily reported.

In related tech news, Alphabet, Google’s parent company, beat expectations in its second-quarter earnings thanks to strong performance in its cloud and search businesses.
However, its shares remain flat for the year, as investors await the outcome of a looming antitrust ruling that could potentially force the company to divest its Chrome browser.
