Consolidated revenue reached ₱189.7 billion, supported by higher contributions from real estate and leisure and entertainment.

Attributable profit stood at ₱20.7 billion, up 19% year on year.

The group’s performance reflects the deconsolidation of its quick-service restaurant business, Golden Arches Development Corporation (GADC), and includes one-time revaluation gains of ₱3.4 billion.

While AGI retains a 49% stake, GADC is now treated as an associate. Excluding one-offs, AGI’s normalized net income rose 2% year on year to ₱27.0 billion on consolidated revenues of ₱176.3 billion.

Normalized attributable net profit was steady at ₱17.3 billion.

“Once again, the group delivered a strong financial and operating performance in 2025 despite macroeconomic headwinds,” said Kevin L. Tan, chief executive officer of AGI.

AGI has diversified interests spanning real estate through Megaworld Corporation; spirits manufacturing through Emperador Inc.; leisure and hospitality through Travellers International Hotel Group Inc.; and quick-service restaurants through GADC.

Megaworld remained the largest contributor, reporting revenues of ₱85.9 billion, up 5%, driven by a 10% increase in recurring income. Office rentals rose 11%, while mall and hotel revenues grew 9%, supported by occupancy rates of 87% for offices, 91% for malls, and 60% for Metro Manila hotels.

Real estate sales rose 2%, with gross margins at 52%. Attributable profit increased 12% to ₱21.0 billion.

Travellers International, operator of Newport World Resorts, posted revenues of ₱31.9 billion, up 2%. Gaming revenue rose 4% to ₱24.2 billion, offsetting a 4% decline in hotel and other revenues.

Emperador Inc. reported revenues of ₱57.0 billion, navigating a softer global spirits market, with attributable net income of ₱3.9 billion.
