Bezos Earns $81,400 Salary at Amazon

Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, continues to receive an annual salary of just $81,400, unchanged since 1998, according to company filings reported by Fortune.

Now serving as executive chairman after stepping down as CEO in 2021, Bezos derives most of his wealth from his ownership stake in Amazon, which accounts for the vast majority of his estimated net worth.
