BLAST CAUSED POSSIBLY BY SUICIDE BOMBER HITS CHURCH IN INDONESIA

An explosion, caused possibly by a suicide bomber, occurred Sunday, March 28, 2021, in front of a Catholic church in central Indonesia's Sulawesi Island, resulting in some casualties, local media reported.

The extent of the blast was not immediately clear, Kyodo News reported on Sunday afternoon.
The reports quoted witnesses as saying that the blast occurred during a mass at the cathedral in the provincial capital of Makassar.
While it was not clear how many people have been injured or killed, the witnesses told the local media that body parts were visible at the blast site.
