The UK has also promised to provide Ukraine with weapons worth more than $2 billion.
In a related development, Russian President Vladimir Putin vowed to retaliate against the US and its allies once they fiddle with frozen Russian assets. Putin said the West would lose $288 billion once they ship Moscow’s money to Ukraine.
