Foxconn Showcases New EVs and Coffee-Making Humanoid Robot

Hon Hai, the Taiwanese manufacturing giant best known globally as Foxconn, has unveiled a new electric vehicle and outlined its ambitions in artificial intelligence at its annual technology showcase in Taipei, Euronews reported.

Hon Hai presented a demonstrator version of its new Model A electric car. The vehicle has a right-hand driving seat and is aimed initially at the Japanese market, with affordability as a key selling point.
The company said it hopes the model will appeal to taxi and logistics drivers, as well as to passengers who need more space inside compact vehicles.
The event brought together industry leaders from Nvidia, Google, and OpenAI, with discussions focusing on data security, cloud computing, and the future of affordable electric cars.
