Ukrinform also reported that Sweden is supplying batteries of Robot anti-ship missiles to defend against Russian attacks from the Black Sea, while Germany indicated infantry fighting vehicles, refurbished Leopard tanks, and tracked Marder anti-aircraft missile launchers are ready to be transported to Ukraine.
According to the German broadcaster Deutsche Welle, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a news conference on June 14 that the West needs to send Ukraine more heavy weapons to help it fight Russia's war.
"Ukraine should have more heavy weapons," Stoltenberg said.
NATO allies and partners have stepped up and provided heavy weapons. According to Deputy Ukrainian Defense Minister Hanna Maliar, Ukraine has received 10% of the weapons requested from the West. Maliar revealed that the Ukrainian military uses between 5,000 and 6,000 artillery rounds per day, which is only 10% of what Russia spends on a daily basis.

"Regardless of how professional our army is, we cannot win this war without the assistance of Western partners," she stated.
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that the country will not use long-range weapons to attack Russia. Ukraine will not shell Russian residential areas if the West provides it with long-range weapons.
"We are not terrorists," he said, adding that the weapons are needed to liberate Ukraine's territory.
