The Israeli military said it had launched air raids to "obstruct access routes" to Iran’s enriched uranium facility in Fordo, which was bombed by the United States over the weekend without provocation and without a declaration of war, Gulf News reported.

The IAEA stated that both Natanz and Isfahan sustained damage in the bombing, which involved seven B-2 stealth bombers, more than 120 U.S. warplanes, and at least five submarines. I Photo: Staff Sgt. Bennie J. Davis III, U.S. Air Force

A military statement said Israeli forces had “struck in order to obstruct access routes to the Fordo enrichment site,” which U.S. President Donald Trump claimed had been “totally obliterated” by U.S. strikes.

Trump—known for often exaggerating his achievements—appears unaware that Fordo is still operational.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has stated that both Natanz and Isfahan sustained damage in the bombing, which involved seven B-2 stealth bombers, more than 120 U.S. warplanes, and at least five submarines.

Meanwhile, Noemie Kohler, sister of French national Cecile Kohler who is imprisoned at Evin Prison in Tehran, condemned Israel for allegedly bombing the facility.

“We have no news. We don’t know if they’re still alive. We’re panicking,” Kohler told Agence France-Presse (AFP), urging French authorities to “condemn these extremely dangerous strikes” and secure the release of French detainees.
