The venture, Orbital Lasers Co., plans to launch small satellites equipped with this technology by fiscal 2025, with the goal of offering debris removal services by fiscal 2029.

This innovative approach seeks to tackle the growing challenge posed by space debris, which poses risks to existing satellites and future space missions.
