Jollibee Declares Cash Dividends

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) has declared a regular cash dividend of PHP1.82 per common share, payable on December 10, 2024, to shareholders on record as of November 25, 2024.

This dividend is 48% higher than the PHP1.23 declared in 2023. With this declaration, JFC’s total regular cash dividends for 2024 amount to PHP2.97 per share, a 29.1% increase over PHP2.30 per share in 2023.

Since 1994, the Jollibee Group has consistently declared cash dividends, with a policy of paying out one-third of its net income to common stockholders annually.
