Larry Page's Wealth Surpasses US$300 Billion as Alphabet Shares Rally

Google co-founder Larry Page saw his net worth climb above US$300 billion after Alphabet shares surged following comments by Warren Buffett about Berkshire Hathaway's investment in the technology company, Forbes Daily reported.

According to the report, Berkshire Hathaway's 2025 investment in Alphabet is now valued at approximately US$21 billion.


Meanwhile, investor sentiment toward fast-food and fast-casual restaurant stocks weakened amid concerns over a cyclosporiasis outbreak potentially linked to ingredients such as lettuce, although health officials have not publicly connected any restaurant chains to the outbreak.



In the Middle East, the United States launched another round of strikes against Iran after President Donald Trump said he was considering attacks on civilian infrastructure.
