The announcement was made on October 7, 2026.

The group includes Suprette, Jett Sports and Fifth Down Capital, along with Chase and Stephanie Coleman and other investors. LOVB Miami is the league's 10th professional team and is scheduled to compete in the 2026–27 season.

The expansion reflects growing investment in professional women's sports and efforts to establish volleyball franchises in major U.S. markets.

The reported $20 million price for the ownership deal should be treated as an estimate attributed to the original reporting, rather than a publicly confirmed purchase price.
