Rising near the lush mountains surrounding the township, the 14-story Santé Residences Palawan—Megaworld’s third residential development in Paragua Coastown—is envisioned to be the first WELL-registered residential property in the Philippines.

The development is designed to adhere to WELL Residential certification standards, a prestigious, globally recognized benchmark for designing and operating developments that put a premium on wellness, implemented across ten key concepts.

These categories include air quality, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind, and community.

“We are excited to pioneer this new residential concept in the country through Santé Residences Palawan at Paragua Coastown. We designed this development to be a sanctuary that goes beyond aesthetics by integrating elements of nature and the science of living well in every space.

As the first to pursue WELL Residential Certification in the country, our vision is to offer a home for the future residents of Santé Residences Palawan, nestled in the world’s best island, within an environment that nourishes the mind and body,” said Javier Romeo Abustan, head of sales and marketing, Megaworld Palawan.

Wellness inspired by nature’s design

The design of the façade of Santé Residences Palawan takes a cue from the idea of an unbounded tropical expanse.

This is best interpreted in the angled balcony pods of the development, which are oriented to provide coastal and mountain views to all units, allowing future residents to appreciate the natural beauty of Palawan’s rich landscape.

On the second-level amenity deck, Santé Residences Palawan will feature several curated wellness facilities that are uniquely part of its health-centric design.

These include the Verve Studio, a dedicated fitness hub equipped with cutting-edge machines to help individuals enhance their athletic capabilities.

There is also a Halotherapy Center, a specialized wellness space where people can immerse themselves to improve respiratory health, skin conditions, and overall stress levels.

To balance the body and mind, the Quiet Lounge provides a serene escape for peaceful reconnection, helping dwellers achieve a deeper sense of calm and tranquility.

Outside, there will be a hydro-kinetics pool featuring different types of hydrotherapy methods designed to soothe muscles and improve circulation.

A dedicated space called the Santé Botanique Garden will offer residents fresh, sustainably grown produce that promotes a healthy, mindful diet.

Finding focus and relaxation will also be convenient at the outdoor meditation space, helping residents cultivate an overall sense of calm.

Other amenities on the second level include a function room, a dedicated co-working space, a daycare center, a fitness center, a game room, an infinity lap pool, a kiddie pool, an outdoor playground, and an outdoor lounge.

Residents will also be able to enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the entire amenity area.

Santé Residences Palawan will offer a total of 460 units in varying layout types and sizes, ranging from studios (up to 32.50 square meters); one-bedroom units (up to 81.50 square meters); one-bedroom bi-level units (up to 107.50 square meters); two-bedroom units (up to 120 square meters); two-bedroom bi-level units (up to 146 square meters); three-bedroom units (up to 138.50 square meters); and three-bedroom bi-level units (up to 179.50 square meters).

All units will feature their own balconies that offer panoramic views of Pagdanan Bay, the sprawling township landscape, and the nearby forests.

Innovation and sustainability in focus

All units at Santé Residences Palawan will feature wireless smart home systems that can be accessed remotely using a dedicated phone app. This will allow residents to control their living environment remotely, including lighting and smart appliances across the living, kitchen, dining, and bedroom areas.
