MVP Group Dominates 20th Philippine Quill Awards

The MVP Group of Companies swept the 20th Philippine Quill Awards, regarded as the nation’s most prestigious awards program in business communication, securing a total of 87 awards for its communication strategies across diverse categories.

Companies within the MVP conglomerate were lauded for their exceptional communication strategies in 20 divisions, including Communication Management, Communication Research, Communication Training and Education, and Communication Skills.

Recipients of awards at the 20th Philippine Quill Awards included Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC), Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), Maynilad Water Services, Inc., PLDT, Smart Communications, Inc., Makati Medical Center, Maya, Metro Pacific Dumaguete Water Services, Inc., Metro Pacific Tollways South Management Corporation, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, Meralco - One Meralco Foundation, and Metro Pacific Investments Foundation, among others.

Organized by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Philippine Quill Awards recognized the MVP Group for its outstanding communication strategies, with a notable collection of 35 Awards of Excellence, 49 Awards of Merit, and 3 Top Awards.

LRMC received the Top Award for “Communication Management” under the Corporate Social Responsibility Category for its program with Binhi, aimed at building a foundation for learning and literacy for scholars at Marcela Marcelo Elementary School in Pasay City.

Additionally, in the "Company of the Year" category, Meralco secured the 1st Runner-up position, with PLDT Smart clinching the top company honors.
