Oil Prices Rise On Tuesday After Three Weeks Of Rollbacks

Oil companies are set to raise pump prices on Tuesday after three consecutive weeks of price rollbacks.


Seaoil, Petro Gazz, Cleanfuel, Shell, Jetti, and PTT Philippines announced that gasoline prices will increase by PHP1.10 per liter, while diesel prices will rise by PHP0.20 per liter.

Last week, oil companies reduced prices by PHP1.00 per liter for gasoline, PHP1.30 per liter for diesel, and PHP1.65 per liter for kerosene.



According to the Department of Energy (DOE), the year-to-date adjustments reflect a net increase of PHP4.85 per liter for gasoline and PHP1.75 per liter for diesel. Kerosene, meanwhile, has seen a total net decrease of PHP6.35 per liter.
