PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco formally received the certification from DQS Certification Phils. Inc. during a ceremony at the PAGCOR Corporate Office in Pasay City on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

“Securing this ISO 9001:2015 recertification for the fourth consecutive time reflects PAGCOR’s dedication to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all our operations,” Tengco said.

He credited PAGCOR employees for the achievement, noting their consistent efforts to improve systems through daily quality work.

“To our teams in the Corporate Office and across all our branches, this achievement is for all of you,” he said. “Maraming salamat sa inyong dedikasyon, sa inyong paghahanda, at sa sama-samang pagsisikap na naging susi sa tagumpay na ito.”

The surveillance audit, conducted from December 15 to 18, 2025, covered 17 sites, including the PAGCOR Corporate Office and multiple Casino Filipino branches nationwide.

These include branches in Tagaytay, Angeles, Citystate, Cebu, Ilocos Norte, Bacolod, Olongapo, Grand Regal, and Malabon Grand, as well as Binondo, Greenery, Manila Grand Opera, Kartini, Networld, Tropicana (Las Piñas), and Oriental Pearl.

During the audit, PAGCOR was commended for strong leadership and strategic direction, governance and regulatory compliance, and continued digitalization efforts to improve efficiency.

DQS also cited the agency’s operational resilience, safety culture, customer service standards, gaming innovations, commitment to sustainability and responsible practices, and employee training and development programs.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification will be valid until March 22, 2029, subject to annual surveillance audits.
