Over 160 friends, colleagues, and investors have rallied behind Zhao in an effort to prevent his incarceration entirely.

They have submitted numerous letters seeking mercy for Zhao, providing insights into the private life of one of the world's wealthiest individuals. The authors of these letters include the two mothers of his five children, industry titans within and outside the crypto sphere, government elites, old college friends, and dozens of his employees.
