PT&T Announces Movement Of Two Officials To Parent Company Menlo Capital

Philippine Telegraph & Telephone Corp. (PT&T) has announced the movement of two of its management representatives to its parent company, the Menlo Capital group, which is also the parent company of publicly listed entity MRC Allied, Inc., digital media company Rappler, and other entities.

PT&T disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) that Miguel Marco Bitanga, Chief Operating Officer, and Alberto Ambuyo, Chief Information Officer, will be joined by Mr. Reinhard Klocker, PT&T's Strategic Projects and Vendor Management Advisor, in their new roles in Menlo Capital, specifically in driving forward key initiatives that are critical to the growth and success of the parent firm.



This transition presents a significant opportunity for both PT&T and Menlo Capital as the entire group embarks on its strategic initiatives for the next ten years, PT&T highlighted.


It noted that the officials' extensive experience and leadership will be invaluable as they embark on these new ventures, contributing to the strategic direction and operational excellence of the group’s diverse portfolio.
