Rob Copeland of the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) wrote on July 16, 2022 that before Elon Musk's billion-dollar struggle over Twitter shook his headquarters in Austin, Texas, another dispute erupted about how Musk's $230 billion philanthropic donations should be managed.

Igor Kurganov, a former professional gambler, became Musk's top advisor on giving away his fortune, while Jared Birchall, Musk's wealth manager, chief of his family office, who is also concerned about diapers for Musk's many children, and a key player in financing the bid for Twitter, wanted to get rid of him.

Birchall cornered his boss Elon Musk late last year to discuss the issue of Kurganov, who is also viewed in Muskistan as the Tesla CEO's Rasputin, and complained about the gambler's functions, which conflict with the wealth manager's responsibilities as protector and defender of the highly egotistical Musk.

Birchall, a 48-year-old, strait-laced wealth manager who had worked for an investment firm and rose to become Musk's top deputy and the head of his family office, had mounting concerns regarding a new power player at Tesla, Inc.

Birchall, a Mormon, was also instrumental in structuring the financial transactions that led to Musk's offer to acquire Twitter. As a result of a Neuralink executive, the former investment banker also handles the plethora of Musk houses, which now include two newborns.

Business Insider also alleged that Elon's father, 76, admitted to fathering a child with his own 35-year-old stepdaughter, citing his duty to propagate the human species.
