Quadream Ltd., led by a former Israeli military intelligence official, has been doing brisk business with Saudi Arabia, selling phone-hacking tech that allows the Saudis to a “zero-click” hack into a target's iPhone, Gur Megiddo reported for the newspaper Haaretz.

“There’s no sign on the door, no logo indicating that this office is home to a cyber company carrying out online offensives. But if you made it to the 19th floor of this nondescript office building in Ramat Gan, you either know where you’re going or you’re in the wrong place and are unwelcome,” Megiddo reported.
“Even couriers are not allowed inside and there’s a special box where food ordered by workers can be placed and picked up by those who are allowed inside,” he added.
Quadream, classified as a “business services” company, has only 70 employees and generated only $7.82 million in revenues based on official filings with the Israel Companies Authority.
Its registration number is 515397651. Officially, its address is Shilat, Israel.
One of its former employees, Shir Olivkovich, now works for Cognyte, another cybersecurity firm, after working for the prime minister’s office for more than 9 years. He holds a master’s degree in law.
