Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Reports 14% Sales Growth in 2025

Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. reported systemwide sales of ₱24.8 billion in 2025, up 14% year-on-year, driven by continued network expansion.

Revenues reached ₱16.1 billion, an 11% increase from 2024.
The group, which operates brands such as Shakey’s and Potato Corner, expanded aggressively, opening 351 new stores and ending the year with 2,970 locations globally.
Despite the growth, same-store sales rose just 1%, reflecting softer consumer demand, particularly in the second half of the year.
President and CEO Vic Gregorio described 2025 as “a tale of two halves,” with strong early performance followed by weaker discretionary spending later in the year.
Gross margins declined to 22.9%, pressured by expansion-related costs, while net income fell 32% to ₱816 million. Still, the company emphasized long-term growth, citing continued investments in expansion, efficiency improvements, and demand generation.
