Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a Molotov cocktail attack on the San Francisco home of Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, according to Yahoo Finance.

Authorities said a 20-year-old man allegedly threw an incendiary device at the property, setting fire to an exterior gate before fleeing. No injuries were reported.
The same individual was later seen nearby allegedly threatening to burn another building. The San Francisco Police Department has not disclosed a motive.
The incident comes amid growing backlash against AI companies over concerns about job losses, safety risks, and the environmental impact of large-scale data centers.
Altman has become a central figure in the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, driven in part by the popularity of ChatGPT.
