The Stockport-born fighter was 46. A police cordon was set up at his home in Gee Cross, Hyde, on Sunday morning.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed a body was discovered and said the death is not being treated as suspicious. The devastating news comes just months after the legendary boxer announced his return to the ring with a fight planned for December.
