This request aims to help Ukraine navigate another winter during wartime while preparing for anticipated Russian attacks on power stations and infrastructure.

Zelenskyy's visit to NATO headquarters marked his first since Russia's invasion last year. This visit comes at a time when disruptions in the US Congress could affect assistance for Kyiv, and global attention is turning to the ongoing crisis in Israel.

In a related development, Germany pledged increased support for Ukraine, including a comprehensive air defense package valued at approximately 1 billion euros ($1.06 billion) and a package exceeding 20 million euros for vehicles, weapons, and personal equipment.
