He emphasized the importance of being prepared for natural disasters, stating that while the buildings are designed as temporary shelters during emergencies, they can also serve multiple socio-civic purposes.

During the event, Chairman Tengco introduced PAGCOR's upcoming flagship programs, which include school buildings, e-learning centers, community wellness centers, and socio-civic centers across the country.

These initiatives aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of Filipinos.

Mayor Tesoro highlighted the significance of the project for San Manuel, acknowledging PAGCOR's commitment to serving the Filipino people. Board Member Sembrano also praised PAGCOR's assistance, emphasizing the benefits the facility will bring to Victoria and neighboring areas.

PAGCOR has completed and inaugurated a total of 38 multi-purpose buildings nationwide, with 34 others currently under construction. These projects reflect PAGCOR's dedication to enhancing communities and supporting Filipinos in various aspects of their lives.
