They are Davao Light and Power Company, Visayan Electric Company, Cotabato Light and Power Company, and Subic EnerZone Corporation. They were awarded the ISO 55001:2014 certification for Asset Management.

The prestige-laden recognition confirms the effectiveness of their processes and operations in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the performance of their assets, including power lines, transformers, and substations. Ultimately, this achievement contributes to the uninterrupted provision of electricity.

Anton Perdices, AboitizPower Distribution Utilities Chief Operating Officer, expressed his satisfaction with this accomplishment, stating, "This is another testament to our unwavering commitment to serve our customers and stakeholders, and to demonstrate responsible custodianship of our assets in order to create real value for them."

Superior asset management is vital for DUs to effectively oversee their infrastructure, optimize maintenance and costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish a reliable connection between transmission lines and businesses, communities, and homes.

The certification process involved a meticulous audit conducted by DQS Certification Philippines, an external certifying body, which thoroughly examined the internal and external processes and operations of each DU.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) council is responsible for awarding the certification, while DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen) serves as the certifying auditor.
